Geographical Situation

The parish of St. John, the View is nestled between the Douro and the Beira Litoral, and belongs to the Municipality of Santa Maria da Feira, distrito de Aveiro, portugal. Covering a territory is quite extensive (the second largest in the area, right on the heels of Canedo), St. John, to See it's divided in 17 main locations: Albarrada, Hotel, Airas, Sand, Beire, the Source of Dry, Giesteira, Gondufe, Gueifar, Poultry, dry cleaning, Hill, Paçô, his Own, saint Benedict, saint John's and the Region-of-Round. It is seen docked in the Central part of the County, and on the northern Periphery of its head office, in the city of Santa Maria da Feira. Around them, and the boundaries Are in his View a similar to Rio Meão (to the west), and Santa Maria de Lamas, City, and Fiães (all in the north), Caldas da rainha and são Jorge (to the east), and even the Asparagus, the trade Fair and the best areas for port (they are all in the South).

The geographical situation and strategic planning in this population is of significant importance for the municipalities and local communities, as it is by St. John-of-View, which surrounds the greater part of the goods and any other goods, for the supply and distribution of goods, viz.:

- The paths for the Iron Thorn/ Viseu.
